Matt Abrams

Founder & Commercial Director

Matt handles the day-to-day operations of the business. He works closely with clients to ensure project requirements are met and completed on time. Matt’s passionate about design, gaming and motorsport.

Alex Pashley

Founder & Technical Director

Alex leads the technical side of the business. He ensures our team are using the latest technologies and best practices that meet our clients’ specifications. Alex loves sport and is a fitness enthusiast.

Craig Edwards

Senior Software Engineer (Development)

Craig heads up new systems development with over 20 years of experience developing software, games and digital business solutions from the ground up.

Oliver Rose

Senior Software Engineer (DevOps)

Oliver is a seasoned programmer with over 20 years’ experience, what he doesn’t know about code probably isn’t worth knowing. Oliver takes care of everything that’s “too difficult” for everyone else!

Rebecca Carney

Human Resources

Rebecca takes the lead on all our human resource managment. It’s her job to improve effeciency through digital process change.

Charlotte Barker

Marketing & Content

Charlotte takes care of marketing and content. It’s her responsiblity to liaise with clients to produce content for new features, develop new feature proposals, and assist with research activities.

Lewis Teather

Software Engineer (Front-End UI/UX)

Lewis oversees front-end development with a focus on great user experience and amazing user interfaces. He’s experienced with mobile apps and mobile operating systems.

Max Sutherland

Software Engineer (PHP Developer)

Max is responsible for all our back-end development. Experienced with all our clients’ systems, he’s the go-to person when you have a question about how something works.

Daniel Cowley

Software Engineer (Front-End Developer)

Daniel heads up anything Javascript related and is key member of our mobile app development team.

Guy Marshall

Software Engineer (PHP Developer)

Guy takes care of back-end development with a focus on developing new features in PHP. He’s experienced in testing and helps find issues before anyone even sees them.

Mike McCarthy

Accounts & Finance

Mike is our experienced in-house accountant. He ensures our invoicing and accounts are meticulously accurate.
